Statik Selektah, pseudonimo di Patrick Baril, è un DJ, produttore discografico e conduttore radiofonico statunitense nato a New York nel 1980. Considerato uno dei pilastri della scena hip hop underground americana, Statik Selektah si distingue per il suo stile produttivo caratterizzato da campionamenti vintage e beat old-school con influenze jazz e funk. La sua carriera musicale è iniziata negli anni '90 come DJ in locali di New York, collaborando con artisti emergenti del panorama hip hop.
