Né en 1975 à la Nouvelle-Orléans, en Louisiane, il est devenu célèbre au début des années 2000 en tant que DJ et producteur pour des artistes hip-hop de renom. Il est connu pour son style énergique et ses phrases motivantes souvent répétées dans ses morceaux.
