Snoop Dogg, pseudonimo di Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr., è un rapper, attore e produttore discografico statunitense nato a Long Beach, California, nel 1971. Considerato uno dei pionieri del G-funk, genere musicale caratterizzato da sonorità rilassate e melodie sincopate, Snoop Dogg ha raggiunto fama internazionale negli anni '90 grazie al suo album di debutto "Doggystyle" (1993), prodotto dal leggendario Dr. Dre. Il suo stile rap distintivo, caratterizzato da flow lento e testi spesso ironici e giocosi, lo ha consacrato come uno degli artisti più influenti della storia del hip hop. Oltre alla musica, Snoop Dogg si è cimentato anche in diverse attività artistiche, recitando in film e serie TV e producendo documentari.
