The Fall sono stati un gruppo post-punk inglese formatosi a Prestwich nel 1976. L'unico componente stabile della band è stato il frontman Mark E. Smith, noto per la sua personalità provocatoria e il suo stile vocale unico. La formazione ha subito innumerevoli cambiamenti nel corso degli anni, con Paul Hanley (batteria) e Steve Hanley (basso) tra i membri più longevi. Il sound di The Fall è caratterizzato da riff chitarristici taglienti, ritmi marcati e testi spesso oscuri e surreali, influenzati dalla musica industriale e dal krautrock. Tra gli album più importanti: *Hex Enduction Hour* (1982), *This Nation's Saving Grace* (1985) e *The Infotainment Scan* (1990). Brani rappresentativi includono *Totally Wired*, *Hip Priest* e *Kicker Conspiracy*.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
Le film très critiqué «Musique» de Sia qui voit son début en tant que réalisatrice vient d'être nominé comme meilleur film au Golden Globe 2021. L'actrice principale Kate Hudson a été nominée dans la catégorie Meilleure actrice.
