Concrete Blonde è stata una band alternative rock statunitense attiva dal 1982 al 1995, con un breve revival tra il 2001 e il 2004 e ancora nel 2010. La band è nota per le composizioni toccanti e la voce potente di Johnette Napolitano, che ne ha costituito il cuore pulsante. Il loro sound mescola elementi di rock alternativo, gothic rock e post-punk, con influenze blues e country. Tra i brani più celebri figurano "Bloodletting", "Joey", e "God Is a Bullet". L'album di debutto "Concrete Blonde" (1986) ha segnato l'inizio della loro carriera, seguito da successi come "No King but Me" (1989) e "Mexican Moon" (1990). Concrete Blonde ha contribuito a definire il panorama musicale alternativo degli anni '80 e '90 con la loro musica intensa e introspettiva.

J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
