Gli U2 sono un gruppo musicale irlandese di rock alternativo formatosi a Dublino nel 1976. Il gruppo è composto da Paul David Hewson, in arte Bono Vox (cantante), David Howell Evans, in arte The Edge (chitarrista), Adam Clayton (bassista) e Larry Mullen Jr. (batterista). Considerati uno dei gruppi rock più influenti di tutti i tempi, gli U2 hanno venduto oltre 170 milioni di album in tutto il mondo, ottenendo numerosi premi Grammy Awards, Brit Awards e MTV Video Music Awards.
