Poison Clan était un groupe de hip-hop du Sud des États-Unis signé chez Luke Records de 1990 à 1995. Le groupe a eu différentes formations, avec des membres comme JT Money, Debonaire, Uzi, Madball et Big Ram. Poison Clan a joué un rôle important dans le développement du mouvement Dirty South qui s'est développé à la fin de la décennie. Le groupe a commencé comme un groupe sponsorisé par 2 Live Crew chez Luke Records et s'est terminé lorsque la force motrice du groupe, JT Money, est passée à une carrière solo plus réussie après une dispute commerciale avec Luke. Bien que Poison Clan ait eu du mal à gagner en notoriété en dehors de Miami dans les années 90, leur style de rap sale, axé sur les clubs et propulsé par des basses a fourni le modèle pour le mouvement Dirty South de la fin des années 90.
