Riff Raff è il nome d'arte di Horst Christian Simco, rapper statunitense nato in Texas nel 1982. Attivo dal 2008, Riff Raff si distingue per uno stile musicale che fonde hip hop con elementi trap e pop, caratterizzato da testi spesso ironici e autoironici. Il suo sound è influenzato da artisti come Lil Wayne e Gucci Mane, ma incorpora anche sonorità elettroniche e synth-pop.
