Terius Nash, noto professionalmente come The-Dream, è un cantautore, rapper e produttore discografico statunitense. Nato a Atlanta, in Georgia, il 20 settembre 1977, ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '90 come ghostwriter per artisti di spicco come Mariah Carey, Beyoncé e Britney Spears. Nel 2006 ha debuttato come artista solista con l'album "Love/Hate", che ha riscosso un grande successo grazie a brani come "Falsetto" e "I Love You“. The-Dream è noto per il suo stile musicale caratterizzato da melodie avvolgenti, testi introspettivi e una voce distintiva. Ha collaborato con numerosi artisti di fama internazionale, tra cui Rihanna, Kanye West e Jay-Z. Tra i suoi album più importanti ricordiamo "Love vs. Money" (2007), "The Love/Hate King" (2010) e "IV Play" (2013). J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
Le film très critiqué «Musique» de Sia qui voit son début en tant que réalisatrice vient d'être nominé comme meilleur film au Golden Globe 2021. L'actrice principale Kate Hudson a été nominée dans la catégorie Meilleure actrice.
