The Doors sono stati un gruppo rock statunitense formati a Venice Beach, California, nel 1965. Il gruppo era composto da Jim Morrison (voce), Robby Krieger (chitarra), Ray Manzarek (organo) e John Densmore (batteria). Conosciuti per il loro sound psichedelico e le performance teatrali di Morrison, The Doors hanno raggiunto la fama internazionale negli anni '60 con brani come "Light My Fire", "Riders on the Storm" e "The End". La loro musica esplorava temi oscuri come la morte, la sessualità e la società americana.
