Motion City Soundtrack è una rock band americana proveniente da Minneapolis, Minnesota. Formatasi nel 1997, il gruppo ha visto cambiare la sua formazione nel corso degli anni, ma i membri fondatori Justin Pierre (voce e chitarra) e Joshua Cain (chitarra e cori) rimangono ancora oggi parte integrante del progetto. Completano la line-up Jesse Johnson (tastiere e sintetizzatore Moog), Matthew Taylor (basso e cori) e Tony Thaxton (batteria, percussioni e cori). Motion City Soundtrack ha pubblicato quattro album in studio, vendendo quasi 600.000 copie in tutto il mondo, di cui oltre mezzo milione negli Stati Uniti. J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
