Kid Ink, pseudonimo di Brian Todd Collins, è un rapper, cantautore e produttore discografico statunitense. Nato a Los Angeles nel 1986, Kid Ink ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale pubblicando mixtape indipendenti negli anni 2000. Nel 2012 ha rilasciato il suo album di debutto indipendente *Up and Away*, seguito dall'EP *Almost Home*. Il suo primo album in studio, *My Own Lane*, è uscito nel 2014 e ha raggiunto un notevole successo commerciale grazie ai singoli "Show Me", "Iz U Down" e "Main Chick". J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
Le film très critiqué «Musique» de Sia qui voit son début en tant que réalisatrice vient d'être nominé comme meilleur film au Golden Globe 2021. L'actrice principale Kate Hudson a été nominée dans la catégorie Meilleure actrice.
