New Found Glory è una band pop punk statunitense formatasi nel 1997 a Coral Springs, in Florida. Dopo aver trascorso gli anni '90 a costruire un seguito di culto nell'underground musicale, la band ha raggiunto il successo mainstream con l'album del 2002 *Stickin' In Your Eye*. Conosciuti per le loro melodie orecchiabili, testi energici e performance dal vivo coinvolgenti, New Found Glory hanno pubblicato una serie di album di successo negli anni successivi, tra cui *Catalyst* (2004) e *From the Screen to Your Stereo* (2006). J'ai l'impression qu'avant d'aborder le sujet traité dans cet article je dois faire une prémisse: le reggaeton n'est pas vraiment mon genre préféré, il se réfugie dans un rythme très banal avec des textes que 99% du temps décrivent la femme comme un objet disponible à l'homme macho.
